Where do you ship from and what are the costs? +
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. To provide unique products at competitive prices, our orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our international warehouse in Hong Kong, operated by RTE VENTURES LIMITED.
How long does delivery take? +
Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Transit Time: 6–12 business days.
Total Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I return my order? +
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Address: All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Hong Kong.

Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If the item is damaged or incorrect, Zalinder will cover the costs. Please contact support@zalinder.com before sending any items back.

What if I received a damaged item? +
We take full responsibility for faulty products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at support@zalinder.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
