Refund Policy

At Zalinder, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process & Address To start a return, you must contact us at support@zalinder.com.

  • Return Address: All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Hong Kong: Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy Central, Hong Kong
  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not send returns to the sender's address on the shipping label.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to remorse (e.g., item doesn't fit, don't like the color), the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs to Hong Kong.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, Zalinder will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee ($0.00).

4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Final sale items and Gift cards.
  • Made to Order Products: These can only be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order. After 4 hours, they are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
