1. Shipping Costs We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. Unless otherwise stated during promotional periods, there are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping & Delivery

To offer a wide variety of unique products at competitive prices, all orders are fulfilled through our international warehouse operated by RTE VENTURES LIMITED in Hong Kong .

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Transit Time: 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Free.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for fast delivery, factors like customs inspections or weather conditions may occasionally cause slight delays.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 1–3 business days. If you have not received tracking info after 4 business days, please contact us at support@zalinder.com.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders within the United States, usually no additional customs fees apply. However, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Zalinder is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If a package is officially confirmed as lost or arrives damaged, we offer a replacement or a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations Please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
